Refund policy

You can return a piece at any time, without giving a reason, including pierced earrings and pieces that have been worn. Email info@yuruahealing.com with your order number. We will send the return address and refund to the original payment method once the piece is back.

If something is faulty or not as described, we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. In that case we cover return shipping.

EU and EEA consumers also keep any statutory rights that apply in their country; those rights are not limited by this policy.
